We ship all orders placed before 1.30pm the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be  shipped on the following Monday. All orders will require a signature on delivery, please ensure that some one is at the delivery address to do this. If you are away from the delivery address our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or allow you to pick up the order from the depot or sorting office. 

IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE

King Apparel reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason. Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to replace the order to have the item re-shipped. If you require a refund on items returned by the courier this will be done minus the couriers fee.

 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE

• On all International Orders we can only ship to your Card Billing Address.
• International Orders on occasion may take 1-3 days longer to process before we ship while we check your details with your card issuing bank. Please make full use of the Verified by Visa and Mastercode verification system we provide, this will enable your order to be shipped immediately.
• Shadow Transactions on your statement Occasionally when we security check your credit card against your address details with our bank a 'Shadow Transaction' may appear on your card statement. This occurs when our bank tries to authorise the amount with your card-issuing bank. When this happens we have not taken 2 payments from your card, and within a few days this amount will be removed from your statement. We have no control over this 'Shadow Transaction' issue.
• Customs and Taxes The buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes charged on entry to the country. These are levied by the international customs and totally out of our control.
