Delivery
All orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be despatched on the same day via the method of your choice. All orders placed after 1pm Monday-Thursday will be despatched on the next working day. All orders placed after 1pm on the Friday and through the weekend will be despatched on the following Monday. All orders placed during bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
Returns
You may return your items to us for an exchange or a refund within 14 days, if the item is unused and with the original labels and packaging, unless otherwise noted. Please contact us to receive an RMA number that you must put on the outside of the package by the address. You may return your items using the method of your choice. We recommend using an insured, trackable service. All costs associated with returning or exchanging an item will be at the charge of the customer.
