When it comes to breakthrough artists, particularly in the female sphere, none come more anticipated than FFSYTHO.
Hailing from Northampton, the artist had been bopping around and in and out of the scene for a few years with mixtape guest appearances before things started to get a more serious when she dropped ‘Bop Through Ya Manor’ in 2019, swiftly followed by winning the Pirate Studios’ ‘Pirate Prodigy’ competition alongside Grime and KING badman TommyB.
2020 was the big one though as FFSYTHO slewed a groundbreaking freestyle on Spyro’s 1xtra Sound Of The Verse – a legendary 2mins which gets the rotation and pull up treatment to this day. Watch that video HERE. 2020 also marked the year that we linked the KING connection and put out the Bop Through Ya Manor lookbook and video and dedicated a whole website section to showcase this sickest of talents and launch our new collections.
Born from a shared culture, authenticity and respect for each others craft we have been building things since, and last year saw the rising MC grace the BBC Introducing stage at Reading festival as well as heavy rotation across BBC 1xtra and co-signs and collabs with the godfather of Grime – Wiley.
Watch out for 2022 as festivals and airplay is gonna see the murkage and another female MC prove that the girls can also take their rightful place on the throne of KINGS. #FITFORAKING
