UFC 250 saw King affiliate Ian Heinisch deliver a devastating 1st round KO as his march to the middleweight title gained new momentum.

Following his strict new training regimen in Thailand earlier this year, and as discussed on our Instagram live interview last month, Ian showed precision focus against rival Gerald Meerschaert, delivering a procession of disciplined kick striking only to follow this rally with a huge overhand right. Once on the canvas the fight was essentially over and was stopped at just 01.14.

This was a significant result coming off the back of two narrow distance losses and keeps things moving in the right direction as Ian looks to challenge for the title. As part of the KING family and with a recent spotlight in our recent #FITFORAKING campaign, we ensured that Ian and his team were decked out appropriately for the fight in our latest Tennyson Gold tracksuit.

Not resting on the swiftness of this victory, Ian is already lined up for his next bout on June 27th against Brendan Allen in Las Vegas where he will look to continue his winning run.
