For AW19 KING collaborated with Trap Rock pioneers M-lo and Rico. Hailing from Kilburn in North London, both M-lo and Rico are two of the leading lights in the growing trap genre. Independent artists in their own right, they can often be found collaborating on projects and tracks as well as putting out solid individual content.

M-lo in particular is renowned for his high octane and energetic presence throughout both his visual content and live performances, making him an underground cult favourite amongst UK rap, drill and trap fans. His pioneering ’Trap Rock’ wave has seen him gain notoriety with both his ‘Who Dah’ and ‘Another One’ releases through the back end of 2019.

Our AW19 lines needed a unique setting stepped in royal history and the secret, abandoned ruins of an old East London royal boating house provided the ideal location.

Overgrown and derelict, with entry strictly forbidden we gained entry and got to work with both M-lo and Rico, using the backdrop to bring out the detail and quality that the brand represents.

Keep your eyes peeled on the new lines and on M-lo and Rico as these guys bring fire movements in a scene that is often tagged with generic sounds and deliveries.
