One of the new wave of artists that are tearing up the Grime and Rap scene in the UK, Tommy B is the latest talent to be inducted to the KING affiliates roster.
The native of Poplar in London’s East End, Tommy is one of the most authentic New Gen artists of recent years. Having made his name as a raw 15 year old, creating viral freestyle videos on facebook, he has since progressed to lacing the mic and bodying Lord of the Mics sessions and the famous Grime Originals and Eskimo Dance raves.
The winner of Pirate Studios ‘Pirate Prodigies’ competition out of 4000 contestants, Tommy’s most recent work has seen him co-signed and collaborate with Devlin and set to release his latest ’New Dimension’ material later this year.
We linked with Tommy to shoot our latest winter collection in the crypts of St Dunstan’s in the East, a Medieval church ruin hidden in the back streets of the city of London.
With a pervading regal and haunting atmosphere, the backdrop was the perfect location for bringing the new collection to life.
