Having clocked in over a quarter of a million views in just 24hrs, from acclaimed director Sheridan Demyers and executively produced by Deno Driz comes the second installment in the Re Up saga – The Re-Up part 2 ‘The Body’.
Following on from its first part debut back in early February, the action again follows the lives of Brandon and Vince as they have to face up to the consequences of becoming embroiled in an accidental manslaughter, being hunted down by rival gang members and ultimately becoming the target of a major drug kingpin.
Once again the shows duration is filled with twists and turns, unexpected outcomes and another cliff hanger ending.
Having been brought inside from the projects conception, we used our experience having worked on Netflix Top Boy and Rapman’s blue Story, to assist the styling department to bring authentic outfits and looks to the lead characters.
Again the Bethnal Windbreaker can be seen on Vince played by Kays Mckellar, as well as features of the Langdon Curved peak cap and the Wapping black on black tracksuit.
Our history in being involved in homegrown UK productions runs from the early days of Ill Manors and Adulthood to 2019’s Top Boy and Blue Story and again it was an honour to be involved in a web only series that promises to reach the heights of Rapman’s Shiro’s story over the course of 2020.
Both Sheridan Demyers and Deno have crafted a compelling story with limited
resources which keeps the viewer hanging on for the next instalment and thanks
