KING Statement

As a note of reassurance to all of our customers worldwide, it’s business as usual at KING. All online orders will continue to be taken, despatched and delivered. Our award-winning customer service will also continue to be available throughout this period in order to answer your questions and process exchanges and returns.

Health and safety

Health and safety is our number one priority and we’ve therefore implemented a range of procedures to help prevent the spread of the virus. These procedures include the provision of hand sanitisers and gloves, in addition to encouraging staff to wash their hands thoroughly and often.

Shipping

Our couriers have confirmed that deliveries, both within the UK and globally, will continue as normal. However, due to the extraordinary circumstances, please understand that there may be slight delays within the service to our customers. We are doing everything we can to operate as normally as possible, whilst respecting and adhering to the latest Government advice.

Returns

We understand that it may not be possible to send returns for refunds and exchanges during this period, so we’ve extended our returns policy. We’ll honour any returns up to 45 days from the date of purchase on orders made after the 10th March. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and will review this window if necessary.

In a constantly developing landscape, we’ll keep customers up to date if anything changes. Rest assured that we’re doing everything we can to run our business as efficiently, responsibly and safely as possible. In the meantime, we hope our loyal KING family stay strong, stay safe and stay healthy.
