Price Match Promise

Our online price match commitment is simple. If you find the KING Apparel item you’re after for a cheaper price we’ll match it, and if you find it after you’ve purchased from us we’ll refund the difference within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

All we require is the website on which you saw the item and the price to be matched. Either email us at [email protected] or phone us on +44 (0)20 8221 1611 with the necessary information and we’ll provide you with a code to reduce the price of the item or, if you’ve already purchased the item, refund the difference.

• The competitor must be an online store based in the UK
• The competitor must sell direct to customers (no auction or marketplace retailers, e.g. eBay and Amazon)
• The competitor’s item must be identical (size, colour etc)
• The competitor’s item must be in stock at the time of the match
• The competitor’s price must include delivery
• The competitor’s price must be publically advertised online and cannot include any membership/personal discounts
• The competitor’s price must not be part of a bulk promotional offer such as buy one get one free
• We will match within 7 days of receipt of purchase
• We will not match on the current collection
